Mr. Flynn has completed valuation assignments for commercial and residential real estate throughout the United States, including apartment buildings, cooperatives, hotels, industrial and research and development parks, office buildings, regional shopping centers, and undeveloped land. He also has performed discounted cash flow and sensitivity analyses for investment-grade real estate. Additionally, Mr. Flynn has performed valuations for acquisitions, ad valorem determinations, arbitration, asset management, cost segregation, development, dispositions, due diligence, lease analysis and portfolio analysis.

Prior to joining CPTM, Mr. Flynn was a Principal in the Boston office of American Appraisal Associates, Manager at Deloitte & Touche, Real Estate Director at Marshall and Stevens, and Senior Appraiser at R. M. Bradley & Co. Inc. Mr. Flynn graduated from St. Anselm College and is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and a Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA).
