Our real estate tax team includes MAI-designated valuation specialists working to reduce your real estate taxes. CPTM is one of the few independent consulting firms with consultants having both municipal taxation experience and designations from recognized real estate appraisal organizations. Our people specialize in a variety of property types including apartment buildings, cooperatives, hotels, industrial and research and development parks, office buildings, regional shopping centers, and undeveloped land.

• File necessary documentation to begin the abatement process and preserve the property owner’s right to appeal
• Develop and prepare analyses for negotiation with jurisdictions at the local level
